Cryptocurrency exchange Binance is set to resume withdrawals for XRP, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL) and other major cryptocurrencies on Nov. 1 after recovering 95% of the assets affected by a massive $6.3 billion security breach.
